Head of Growth

Location: Hybrid
Salary: £40-60,000 depending on experience
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

Solutions for Accounting is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Growth to help shape the next stage of our growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of how we attract, engage and develop prospective customers — bringing together Marketing, demand generation and lead development into one joined-up Growth function.

We already have an established Marketing team, led by an experienced Head of Marketing, together with lead generation resources. We're now looking for someone who can provide the strategic direction, commercial focus and leadership to bring these activities together and build a scalable, measurable growth engine.

The Role

As our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and leading our overall growth strategy.

You will provide strategic leadership to our Marketing function, working closely with the Head of Marketing and her team to ensure that marketing activity supports our wider commercial objectives and generates measurable demand.

You will also lead our SDR and lead development activity, ensuring that prospects generated through marketing and other channels are effectively followed up, nurtured and qualified before being passed to our Sales team.

Your focus will be on the entire journey from creating awareness and generating demand through to delivering high-quality, pre-qualified opportunities to Sales.

You will work closely with senior management, Marketing and Sales to develop a clear, data-driven approach to growth — continually reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to improve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and her team to develop effective campaigns and demand-generation activity.
  • Leading and developing our SDR and lead development function.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial instincts and a practical approach to getting things done.

You'll have experience in growth, marketing, demand generation, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally within a B2B, technology or software environment.

You'll understand that great marketing is about more than awareness — it should ultimately contribute to commercial growth.

You'll also understand the importance of what happens after a lead is generated: effective follow-up, nurturing, qualification and developing a prospect until they are genuinely ready to speak with Sales.

You'll be comfortable leading people and bringing different teams together around shared objectives. You'll be analytical and data-driven, but equally able to think creatively and identify new opportunities.
