We are partnering with a fast-growing international business in the Payment Industry to identify an experienced Growth Manager who can drive commercial growth, develop strategic partnerships, and help expand market presence across existing and new customer segments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building revenue-generating relationships while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Supporting the development and execution of growth strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Driving pipeline growth and supporting the achievement of sales and commercial targets.
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure growth initiatives align with broader business priorities.
  • Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on commercial performance and growth metrics.
  • Representing the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, growth, or commercial roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience contributing to the development and execution of successful growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A good understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business results.
