Role Description
The Consumer Growth Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cheltenham, with flexibility for part-time work from home. In this role, the individual will develop and execute strategies to expand Capsule’s consumer client base, targeting high-growth companies in relevant sectors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities
- Managing your sales pipeline
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients through the onboarding process
The Consumer Growth Manager will collaborate with internal teams to refine propositions, support marketing initiatives, and ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through policy placement and renewal. The role also involves monitoring growth performance, reporting on key metrics, and continuously optimising processes to drive sustainable consumer growth.

Qualifications
- Proven sales capabilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project management skills to coordinate growth initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams.
- Background in insurance is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience in business development, or account management for scale-ups or SMEs is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and align with ESG-driven and client-centric values.
