Job Description
Growth Manager (CRM & Retention) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London, United Kingdom (Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days per month between locations)
This role can be based in Dublin or London, reporting to the Head of Growth (Retention) as part of the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and wider Growth & Retention team. You will support Gousto’s expansion and customer engagement strategy in ROI, driving key retention initiatives in our first international market.
In this role, you will take ownership of the ROI marketing calendar across email, SMS, and app channels. You will craft and deliver end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, execute data-driven lifecycle strategies, and champion the needs of Irish consumers to boost customer frequency, retention, and long-term brand value.

Core Responsibilities
- Extract value from acquired customers by driving frequency and retention across the entire lifecycle through multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and deliver end-to-end localised campaign strategies across email, SMS, and app channels using Braze
- Strategise and execute compelling tests across channels to drive engagement and orders across the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Own the ROI marketing calendar and manage end-to-end campaigns and lifecycle journeys required across key customer touchpoints
- Monitor channel health, report regularly on campaign performance, and proactively analyse data to optimise user journeys
- Champion the needs and preferences of the Irish consumer to continuously improve lifecycle performance
- Identify customer segments and leverage personalisation tactics to build targeted campaigns
Who You Are
- Good understanding and experience of the Irish market.
- Hands-on experience with Braze executing multi-channel campaigns and canvases across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Good understanding and experience with HTML, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation (including Liquid language and connected content)
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and discover continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to own channel activity end-to-end across ideation, briefs, approval, execution, testing, and reporting
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced environment with creative problem-solving skills and autonomy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Customer-centric marketer experienced in creating engaging, impactful communications across customer lifecycle stages
