Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Growth Manager to help drive customer acquisition, sales, partnerships, and overall revenue growth within our fitness business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fitness, health & wellness, sales, business development, account management, or customer acquisition who understands how to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable results. You do not need to be a traditional marketing specialist. We are looking for someone who understands sales, customers, lead generation, relationships, and revenue growth and can work closely with the wider team to identify and execute opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities within the fitness and wellness market.
- Generate and develop leads through partnerships, referrals, outreach, networking, and existing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, affiliates, and other relevant businesses.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales and growth performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Explore new markets, audiences, channels, and potential commercial opportunities.
- Track key growth metrics and provide regular updates on performance.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to improve the customer journey and identify opportunities for retention and upselling.
- Take ownership of growth projects from idea through to execution and results.

Requirements
- Previous experience in growth, sales, business development, account management, customer acquisition, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within the fitness, health, wellness, coaching, lifestyle, or similar industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales and revenue generation.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded and comfortable identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- A genuine interest in fitness, health, wellness, or the coaching industry.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is commercial, proactive, and results-driven. You may come from a sales, business development, account management, fitness, or marketing background, but your key strength should be your ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, generate business, and drive measurable growth. Experience in marketing is beneficial, but deep technical marketing expertise is not required for this role.
