Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles within eCommerce, digital, SaaS, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, retailers, digital commerce, or omnichannel strategies.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients and growing existing business relationships.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' business challenges and translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, pricing, and presentations.
  • Strong networking skills and willingness to represent the company at industry events.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above).
  • Experience selling eCommerce services such as marketplace management, digital shelf optimization, content syndication, Amazon, retail media, or eCommerce technology solutions will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities within the eCommerce industry.
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with existing clients by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and increase account value.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across new and existing markets.
  • Identify emerging eCommerce trends, market opportunities, and client needs to shape business growth initiatives.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal preparation and deal closure.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and present eCommerce solutions that address clients' business challenges.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and consult prospective clients on digital commerce, marketplace, and retail solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior sales team members, contributing to the team's overall performance.
