Job Description
As a Growth Manager, you will drive the next phase of expansion by winning new clients within the high-growth tech sector. You will own the full sales cycle—from targeted LinkedIn and email outreach to pitching C-suite leaders and closing deals—while acting as a consultative partner to ambitious scale-ups and established enterprise software businesses.

What You Will Do
- Execute a full outbound sales cycle, using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to identify and engage prospects that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Pitch the company’s specialized technology insurance proposition virtually or face-to-face to founders and C-suite executives at high-growth tech companies.
- Collaborate with internal Broking, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to manage your sales pipeline and maintain sharp CRM data to hit commercial KPIs.
The ideal candidate
- Has at least one year of experience in a B2B or commercial sales role with a proven track record of outreach, pitching, and hitting KPIs.
- Demonstrates a sharp commercial mindset and a genuine curiosity about the tech and venture capital landscape to engage credibly with operators.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills and disciplined organization, ensuring sales conversations feel consultative and pipeline data remains highly accurate.
