Join the revolution in car finance ππ₯
At Carmoola, we're changing the way people get on the road - making it faster, fairer, and entirely built around the customer. We've reimagined car finance from the ground up with a seamless digital experience that puts drivers in control.
Since launch, we've raised over Β£540m from top-tier investors (including QED) and helped over 20,000 customers get behind the wheel. We've been named #66 in the 2026 Sifted 100, ranking the UK and Ireland's fastest-growing startups by revenue growth, for the second year running - and we're not stopping there.
To take things to the next level, we're looking for a curious, numbers-obsessed and fast-learning Growth Manager to own our paid media and landing page experience end to end. If you love Meta, get a kick out of a winning A/B test, and pick up new skills faster than most people pick up a new app, read on.
Your mission π’
You'll be the T-shaped engine of our performance team and a driving force behind our multi-channel campaigns - helping us run smarter, tighter and faster across Meta and Google, with the opportunity to expand into channels such as CRM and affiliate marketing as we grow. You'll also own the landing pages that turn clicks into happy drivers.
We're looking for someone who gets energy from rolling up their sleeves: launching tests, building and launching campaigns, checking performance dashboards, spotting trends and pushing constant iteration.
This isn't a "press go and report back" role. You'll own the numbers, set your own priorities, and decide what we test next. You'll work hand in hand with our creative strategist to steer the creative mix with data, and you'll report straight into our Head of Growth.
We care more about how curious you are and how fast you learn than how many boxes you tick today. Never run a CRO programme? That's fine, if you can show us you pick things up quickly (and use AI to get there faster), we'll back you to master it.
What you'll be doing
π Media buying
- Own Meta end to end: account structure, budgets, scaling and kill rules
- Be our in-house Google expert: get under the skin of the account, oversee our agency partner, and challenge their work with confidence
- Keep a close eye on CPA and every step of the funnel, spotting issues early - before they become problems
- Team up with our creative strategist on creative testing, using tools like Foresight and Meta's own insights to decide what we make next and what we scale
- Shape our channel mix: test and launch new channels as we grow, and make the call on where the next pound works hardest

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

π§ͺ Landing pages and CRO
- Take the keys to our landing page testing programme: plan A/B tests, read results properly, and roll out the winners
- Build a steady test roadmap across messaging, layout, offers and journeys - then keep it moving
- Work with product, design and data to make every click from paid media count
π CRM
Potential to get involved in CRM, linking paid media, landing pages and customer comms into one joined-up journey
π Reporting
- Own our weekly performance report. You have tools like Funnel.io and Hex.tech to help you
- Turn the numbers into a clear story: what happened, why, and what we're doing next
- Document what we tried, what worked and what didn't, so the whole team gets smarter every week
Your first year ποΈ
- First 3 months: take full ownership of Meta and our landing page testing programme. Learn the Google account inside out and start managing our agency partner
- Months 3-6: run the weekly growth report your way, set the test roadmap, and push Google performance alongside the agency
- Beyond 6 months: if it's the right call for the business, bring paid search fully in-house - so you own all our paid channels plus the landing pages, with budget for the tools to make it fly. Start testing new channels and get stuck into CRM
It's a role that grows as fast as you do. Deliver results and you'll shape where it goes next.
Requirements
About you
- You've got 3-5 years in performance or growth marketing, mostly in-house - at a fintech, lead-gen, DtC or consumer subscription brand
- You're experienced in both Meta and Google Ads: you've managed meaningful budgets, built account structures and scaled campaigns without breaking them
- You think in channel mix, not just channels and you're curious about testing new ones
- You're at home with numbers. CPA, conversion rates and funnel drop-off don't scare you; they make you keen to investigate issues and come up with solutions
- You're analytical and endlessly curious. A number moving is never the end of the story - you dig into why it happened and what we should do next
- You learn fast and use AI tools every day to work smarter, test ideas and teach yourself new skills
- You're a self-starter who sets your own priorities and keeps people in the loop
- You've got a nose for great creative and know how to brief and test it
- You know how to utilise AI and when to question it. You've built tools and systems to automate workflows and help make daily decisions
