We are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for someone commercially sharp, proactive, and confident representing a premium service-led offer in the market.

The Role

  • Brands looking for high-quality audio advertising and podcast solutions
  • Businesses and organisations seeking branded podcasts

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage an active new business pipeline
  • Identify, research, and target high-value prospects
  • Drive outreach through email, phone, networking, introductions, and meetings
  • Lead initial sales conversations and move opportunities through the pipeline at pace
  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, budget, timing, and conversion potential
  • Shape tailored responses to client needs with the wider Trisonic team
  • Prepare proposals, credentials, and pitch materials
  • Keep pipeline activity, contacts, and next steps accurately updated in Capsule CRM
  • Share market insight on demand, competitor activity, buying behaviour, and emerging opportunities
  • Help strengthen sales messaging, prospect targeting, and business development processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
