Marketing

Growth Marketer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £35k–£45k

Reports to: Founders

Start date: June 2026

Applications close: 31 May 2026

We're hiring a growth marketer to own the entire go-to-market function — across every product we ship.

Job Description

This isn't a role where you brief agencies and review reports. You'll be writing landing-page copy, running Product Hunt launches, recruiting beta cohorts, building referral systems, and feeding everything you learn back into the product backlog.

You'll work directly with the founders and the engineering team, with significant ownership from day one. You'll own the full GTM lifecycle — pre-launch positioning, launch execution, ongoing acquisition, retention, and the feedback loop into product.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real variety. You'll work across multiple SaaS products in parallel, so no two weeks look the same. The pace is the point.

Essentials

  • 3+ years of growth or marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS startup or agency
  • A track record of taking products from pre-launch to revenue (we want numbers and stories)
  • Strong writing — you can write a landing page, an email sequence, or a LinkedIn post that actually converts
  • Hands-on experience with the marketing stack: Google Analytics, Stripe, an email platform, and an SEO tool
  • Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities at once
  • Genuinely commercial: you care about CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn — not vanity metrics
  • Self-starter mentality — no one will be telling you what to do day to day

Nice to have

  • Experience launching products on Product Hunt, G2, or Capterra
  • Previous work in niche verticals (hospitality, professional services, property, etc.)
  • Basic design skills in Figma or Canva
  • Hands-on with SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Familiarity with referral platforms (Rewardful, Tolt) or affiliate marketing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
