We're hiring Unimad's first marketing hire.
Unimad is on a mission to help a million early-stage graduates land jobs.
We already have the voices: founders and a team posting across 11 LinkedIn accounts. What we need now is the person who turns those voices into a distribution engine.
Role: Growth Marketer
Remote (India) | Full-time
What you'll own:
- Distribution
- Scheduling across 11 LinkedIn and 2 Instagram accounts
- The content calendar and publishing cadence, end to end
- Making sure nothing ships late, broken, or off-brand

Content
- Writing 35–40 LinkedIn pieces a week across 8–9 accounts
- Adapting hooks, tone, and format to each voice
- Turning founder content into distributable pieces at scale

Campaigns
- WhatsApp and email campaigns, start to finish
- Driving cross-account engagement through comments, replies, and tags
- Tracking what works and cutting what doesn't
You'll fit if you:
- Run systems, not one-off posts
- Move fast across many accounts without dropping balls
- Write clean copy for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email alike
- Care about views, replies, and conversions, not just "content going out"
- Take full ownership of outcomes
