About the Role
We're an AI up-skilling company that provides self-paced, live online and in-person training for sales and marketing teams.
We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer to help launch a new online self-paced course, and build a repeatable growth engine around it. The course is published and ready to go.
Your Responsibilities
You'll own the marketing around the launch, including:
- Founder-led content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Company content for LinkedIn and Instagram channels
- Lead magnets, landing pages and email funnels
- Growing and nurturing our email list
- Testing messaging, content and offers
- Tracking what drives leads and sales and iterating accordingly
- Using audience and customer insights to help inform future courses and offers

- Launching an online course (or a similar digital product), with results you can measure: revenue, conversion rates, list growth
- Growing organic social channels on LinkedIn and Instagram, with examples of growth in reach, engagement or followers
- Building email funnels from scratch, including welcome sequences, nurture flows, launch sequences and cart-close campaigns, using tools like Kit, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo
- Making lead magnets and landing pages that convert, without waiting on a developer
- Setting up analytics and attribution, including UTMs, GA4, pixels and basic dashboards that show which channels drive leads and sales
- Making your own marketing assets in tools like Canvas or Figma. Bonus points for using Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini to speed up asset creation.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to B2B buyers, especially sales and marketing professionals
- Background in edtech, coaching or professional training
- Paid social experience on Meta and LinkedIn Ads, for scaling once organic messaging is proven
- Webinars or live events used as a conversion tool
- Video editing
- Running customer interviews or surveys and turning them into ideas for new products

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of the marketing and deciding what to test and prioritise.
This is a greenfield project, in the sense that you're starting from scratch. We'll supply you with a warm list of emails, a credit card to build out your tech stack and of course, AI subscriptions of your choice.
