Growth Marketer – D2C | £50,000–£70,000 | Fully Remote
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an exciting, founder-led D2C health brand on a mission to transform the way women access treatment for a deeply personal health issue that affects millions.
They’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer with strong Meta experience and a real understanding of AI to work directly with the founder and take the lead across growth.
AI is a key part of how they want to build the function, so they’re looking for someone who has already gone beyond chatbots – whether that’s building agents, automations or custom workflows – and is excited by the opportunity to develop this further.
Alongside this, you’ll take ownership across paid acquisition, creative strategy and CRO, helping the business scale while continually improving CAC and conversion.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and executing paid acquisition across Meta, with the opportunity to work across Google and other channels as the business grows.
- Managing and optimising a growing paid media budget with a focus on scaling while maintaining CAC.
- Developing the creative strategy for paid social – researching the customer, identifying new angles and writing hooks, concepts and briefs.
- Working closely with designers and video editors to increase the volume and diversity of creative being tested.
- Using customer psychology and performance data to understand why creative converts and continually improve what goes into market.
- Taking ownership of the wider conversion journey across ads, landing pages, offers and checkout, identifying opportunities to improve conversion without simply increasing spend.
- Developing and testing landing page ideas, messaging and customer journeys, with design and development support around you.
- Supporting retention and lifecycle marketing, reviewing email journeys and flows and identifying opportunities to improve performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience using AI beyond basic prompting, ideally having experimented with or built agents, automations, workflows or other AI-led tools.
- A strong understanding of paid social creative strategy and how creative, messaging and customer psychology impact performance.
- Experience of helping to grow a business, with clear examples of what you personally did to drive that growth.
- A good understanding of CRO, landing pages and website conversion – you don’t need to be a CRO specialist, but you understand what good looks like and what makes customers convert.

- The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
