About the Role
This is a highly hands-on role for a builder, operator, and experimenter. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Designer, and BD to identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, develop experiments, launch campaigns, measure results, and double down on what works.
You won’t simply manage campaigns—you’ll help define how we grow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing at a FinTech, Finance, or DeFi company
- Experience building growth programs for retail finance/trading/investing applications
- Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing
- Highly analytical—you naturally think in terms of CAC, conversion, attribution, experiments, and ROI
- Equally strong creatively—you know how to develop messaging and campaigns that get attention. Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience with paid acquisition, SEO/content, email/lifecycle, website optimization, and marketing automation
