Company Overview

Our client is a Meta advertising agency built around paid growth for e-commerce and personal brands, including some built around well known public figures. The team has grown from around 10 to 20 people over the past year and expects to double again in 2026.

Your Role

This role splits evenly across three connected pieces of the account: creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, each carrying roughly a third of the job. You will research what an audience actually responds to, turn that research into ad creative and copy, manage the campaigns that run it, and explain the results to the client in plain terms.

You'll

  • Research audience pain points, objections, and desired outcomes through Reddit threads, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening
  • Build persona profiles and identify the angles that will resonate with each audience
  • Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions
  • Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while keeping brand consistency
  • Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation
  • Read CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA/CPL to identify which creative is winning and why
  • Translate performance data into recommendations the client can act on
  • Lead client meetings, set the agenda, and keep documentation current between calls

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Bring

  • Strong copywriting, the kind that reads like it was written for the person scrolling, not for the client
  • A habit of studying ads while scrolling and reverse-engineering what makes a campaign work
  • Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
  • Comfort driving your own projects: telling us what you are doing, why, and how you would solve a roadblock if one comes up
  • Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations, not just supporting them
