Growth Marketer (Part-Time, 2–3 days/week)

About Rainmaker
Rainmaker is a legal-tech platform built by the team behind Tenex Search. We open to our first members in November and launch publicly in January 2027.
The role
This is our first dedicated growth hire. We need a hands-on all-rounder who will work directly with our CMO and management team to build growth from the ground up. The focus is B2C, supporting our B2B motion into firms and funds from 2027.
What you'll do
- Work with CMO on strategy development, own execution, optimization and reporting
- Own the product-led funnel
- CRO experimentation
- Launch and optimize paid media across the UK, US and Europe
- Grow referral, ambassador, affiliate, influencer and partnership channels
- Assist with event strategy, logistics and delivery across owned, co-hosted and corporate events
- Drive organic social, organic SEO and technical SEO
- Support CRM and lifecycle specialist
- Support B2B sales with account-based and event-led campaigns
- Work with the data and tracking team to build clear KPI dashboards
- Analyze user and acquisition data to find where growth comes from
- Own growth reporting (cost per claimed profile, conversion and cohorts)

What we're looking for

- A strong B2C growth track record, plus B2B experience
- B2C2B (Business-to-Consumer-to-Business) experience
- Experience building marketing from scratch at an early-stage business
- Experience working directly with a CMO
- A true all-rounder for growth/performance marketing
- Data-led and self-directed: you get on with it without close oversight
- Legal tech or professional services experience is a plus, not essential
