Job Title: Growth Marketer

Industry: FinTech / Payments

Funding Journey: Series A, backed by a tier-one VC

Locations: London (Victoria), 5 days a week in office

Summary

AI-powered platform automating how businesses pay, get paid and manage their money

Job Summary

This fast-growing fintech takes the manual work out of invoicing and payment collection for UK businesses, helping them get paid faster with less chasing. Post-Series A, the company is now building marketing into a core growth engine.

This is the company's first Growth Marketer hire, focused on building a steady flow of inbound leads from digital channels. You'll turn positioning into campaigns across paid, web, email and search, build the processes and automations behind them from scratch, and own the data that shows what's working. It's a small, AI-native team, so building tools and automations is part of the job.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
