Where Growth has no Leash

More Than Just A Job

As a proud B-Corp we focus on using business as a force for good. We do this by balancing out people and planet with profit. For every Mindful Chef recipe box bought we donate the equivalent of a school meal to a child in a less developed country (over 20 million meals donated and counting...) and we have also pledged to go Net Zero by 2030 but there are so many other initiatives that we would love to tell you about!

About the role

What we are looking for

We are looking for a curious and analytically-minded individual to join our dynamic team as a Growth Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who wants to build a career in performance marketing, getting hands-on exposure to PPC, Meta, Affiliates, and other performance channels. You will be curious about the why behind performance metrics, comfortable digging into data, and excited to support the team in testing new ways to improve results. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, curious about our customers, and eager to develop your analytical skills.

You are

  • A strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising; internship, placement year, or personal project experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Naturally analytical, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and keen to develop these skills further.
  • Some familiarity with platforms like Meta or Google Ads is a bonus.
  • An empathetic, curious mindset, interested in understanding customers' motivations, pain points, and barriers to purchase.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, keen to test new ideas and learn from the results.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including creative, agencies, and other internal stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The process

About us

We are MINDFUL. This is intrinsic to everything we do. From the healthy recipes we design, to the local, expert, and caring suppliers we select and the way we treat each other, our customers, and our environment.

We are CONNECTED to each other and the world around us, championing a food system that supports both people and planetary health. Guided by our community, we value shared food memories, trust, openness, and honest relationships—staying real and true to ourselves and each other as we grow.

We are UNAFRAID. We want to be the best – to challenge conventions, to think differently and be imaginative in how we solve problems. Brave enough to take on the big players and to do what’s right even when it’s difficult.

Equal Opportunities

At Mindful Chef, we embrace diversity and inclusion as a foundation that enriches our culture and fuels the success of our business. We are mindful of everyone’s differences and we take pride in the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents that each individual brings to our team.

We are unafraid to tackle biases and challenge stereotypes, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their personal strengths. Our commitment to diversity is not just a policy; it's a personal and collective responsibility that we take to heart.

We believe that by being mindful of our differences, unafraid to confront barriers, and embracing the personal stories and journeys of our team members, we can achieve greater innovation, creativity, and harmony in the workplace. Together we celebrate diversity, and together, we are better.
