Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, B2B-focused role bridging marketing and sales. Broadly you will be responsible for campaign creation and execution with the sole objective of creating and generating MQL’s, everything you do in this growth role is about creating demand through qualified leads. The internal view is this role is one where creativity, imagination and execution are valued above experience. Once you’ve created these marketing-generated leads, you will convert them into sales-accepted opportunities before handing over to the sales team, running discovery calls with a softer, solution-led approach built around finding the right fit rather than a hard sell. You'll research every prospect ahead of the call to bring genuine industry context, run outbound campaigns and sequences across cold email and LinkedIn, and write up clear qualification notes for a clean handover.

What You'll Need

Attitude and hunger matter far more than experience here, a degree isn't required, and a confident person early in their career with the right mindset could thrive with the mentorship in place. You'll need to be commercially minded, confident enough to pick up the phone, and a creative thinker who's comfortable adapting fast, since the business is constantly launching new products, initiatives and regions. You'll need to be London-based and happy with a hybrid pattern of three days a week in the office.
