About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to own the events, partnerships, social channels and content-led campaigns that help Focaldata reach senior buyers and turn our research into commercial momentum.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine sharp campaign thinking with excellent execution. You’ll own Focaldata-hosted events, the external events we attend, campaign partnerships, social media delivery and structured content campaigns — always with learning, momentum and commercial outcomes as the north star.

What you'll do

  • Own Focaldata’s events calendar across hosted dinners, breakfasts, roundtables, webinars, conferences and third-party events
  • Plan and execute FD events end-to-end: audience, invite strategy, logistics, messaging, materials, attendee experience, follow-up and success reporting
  • Decide which external events are worth attending, prepare the team to show up well, and ensure every event creates clear follow-up and commercial opportunities
  • Manage campaign partnerships and develop new partnerships with media organisations, industry bodies, communities and other partners that help us reach priority audiences
  • Own the strategy and delivery of Focaldata’s social media channels, including the content plan, publishing rhythm and learnings
  • Structure and deliver content campaigns around white papers, industry reports and JK Substacks
  • Work closely with Growth, BD, Research and Data Journalism to turn Focaldata’s research and content into market-facing campaigns that generate awareness, leads and sales conversations
  • Feed back to the team on what went well and what did not, then experiment and optimise from those learnings

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
