Autodesk Fusion is redefining how products get designed and made, bringing CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB together on one cloud platform at a price point that puts professional tools within reach of every engineer and every shop. That self-serve motion is a massive advantage in EMEA, where the market is defined by its long tail: hundreds of thousands of small design studios and machine shops that discover, evaluate, and adopt tools digitally. This role exists to own the EMEA growth engine, finding the channels that work country by country, converting trials into subscribers, and proving with data where the next investment should go.
What you'll do
- Own the EMEA acquisition and conversion funnel end-to-end: traffic → signup → trial activation → paid subscription → expansion — with revenue targets, not just lead targets
- Champion and sharpen Fusion's PLG motion in EMEA: optimize the self-serve journey so the product sells itself — frictionless trials, activation moments that show value fast, and upgrade paths that feel natural
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team to get the right channel in front of the right audience — bringing regional audience insight, conversion data, and funnel priorities that shape where and how paid investment lands in each market
- Drive localization that converts, not just translates: landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign creative adapted for priority markets (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Nordics), informed by conversion data per market
- Partner with PMM, Campaigns, and Demand Gen to run growth experiments across digital, email, and in-product — a constant cadence of tests with clear hypotheses, measured results, and shared learnings that compound across teams
- Build measurement frameworks with analytics that attribute performance through to signups, activations, and subscription revenue by market — and report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing
Who you are
- 5–8+ years in growth marketing, or growth PMM at a B2B SaaS or PLG company; you've owned a self-serve funnel with revenue accountability
- Hands-on, not just a briefer: you've built campaigns, written conversion copy, set up experiments, and lived in dashboards yourself
- Analytically rigorous: comfortable designing experiments, reading incrementality, and defending a budget reallocation with data
- Fluent in EMEA growth mechanics: you understand how channel mix, CPCs, privacy regulation (GDPR/ePrivacy), and buying behavior vary across European markets, and you've marketed in more than one of them (English required; German preferred)
- A strong cross-functional operator who can be the connective tissue between product, PMM, lifecycle, and paid teams
- Curious about our users: you want to understand why a machinist in Bavaria or a design studio in Milan does or doesn't convert, and you'll go find out

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The ideal candidate
- Has built growth workflows with AI beyond the chat window. You've stood up repeatable systems, automated creative variant generation and testing, AI-driven audience or funnel analysis, localized copy pipelines, churn-signal monitoring and can show what you built and what it changed
- Has scaled a market that wasn't working. You've taken a region or channel that was underperforming, diagnosed why, and turned it into a growth driver, not just optimized something already scaling
- Knows how to turn product releases into acquisition moments. You've partnered with PMM to convert launch attention into signups and trials, not just traffic spikes
Who this role is not for
- If you need someone else to pull the data. You'll live in dashboards and build your own analysis; waiting on an analyst for every question will slow you to a halt
- If you only know one playbook. What worked at your last company won't transplant cleanly across five European markets, you'll be testing your way to the answer
- If "awareness" is your success metric. Everything here ties to signups, activation, and subscription revenue; if you can't connect your work to those numbers, this will be uncomfortable
