About Trowbridge Gallery
Established in 1981, Trowbridge Gallery is a trusted trade partner to interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, retailers and design professionals worldwide. From our London gallery, Sussex studio and permanent showroom at High Point Market, North Carolina, we source exclusive, beautifully crafted artwork for exceptional interiors.
As we grow our collections and international partnerships, we're looking for an organised, commercially aware marketer excited by AI, brand building and new business development.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to help deliver Trowbridge's marketing plan across campaigns, content, digital channels, events and new business activity.
- Working closely with the Fractional CMO, you'll turn agreed priorities into well-organised activity, support new-business funnel development, and use AI to improve the speed and quality of day-to-day marketing work.
- You'll start from clear briefs and measures, taking increasing ownership of campaigns and channels as your confidence grows.
This is a developmental role with a pathway towards Growth Marketing Manager-level responsibility over approximately 18–24 months, subject to performance and business needs.
Guidance and Development
The Fractional CMO sets marketing strategy, agrees priorities, approves campaigns and budgets, and provides regular coaching. You'll build capability across campaign delivery, acquisition, CRM, content, analytics, AI-enabled workflows and event marketing — starting with reliable execution, then progressing to independent recommendations and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Plan & Campaign Coordination
- Support the Fractional CMO in translating the marketing plan into day-to-day activity: maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across email, social, website, content, events and paid channels, preparing briefs, tracking deadlines and approvals.
- You'll help deliver product launches, seasonal activity, showroom initiatives and sales enablement, progressively taking ownership of selected smaller campaigns.
Acquisition & New-Business Funnel Support
- Working with the Fractional CMO and Sales team to attract interior designers, stockists and trade partners:
- Supporting acquisition campaigns across organic and paid channels
- Preparing landing pages, forms and campaign journeys
- Coordinating enquiry capture, tagging, routing and follow-up
- Building email/CRM nurture activity
- Monitoring funnel performance and flagging gaps
- Supporting agreed tests and documenting results
- Researching market, audience and competitor activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
