About EasyPeasy

EasyPeasy is a mission-led social enterprise committed to supporting parents, carers, and early years practitioners to give babies and young children the best possible start in life and close the gap in school readiness. We do this by providing parents with an innovative, evidence-based programme to improve the Home Learning Environment accessed via a smartphone app. Since 2017, we’ve partnered with local authorities, health systems, and the voluntary and community sector to support hundreds of thousands of families across the UK.

As part of our commercial strategy, we are investing in in-house growth marketing as a core capability to drive parent engagement at scale, deliver measurable outcomes for our partners, and support our ambition to become the leading digital and data integration partner in early years.

The Role

This is a new and high-impact role at the centre of EasyPeasy’s growth strategy. Supported by the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and delivering a multi-channel, data-driven growth marketing engine that drives parent awareness, app registrations, activation, and ongoing engagement across our growing portfolio of local authority partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
