Azerion

Azerion is a global digital entertainment and media platform, combining creative and technology to deliver brand performance and monetise publishers. With over 1,250 employees across nearly 30 global offices, Azerion is headquartered in Amsterdam and is one of the world’s fastest-growing digital companies. We own the creative and technology in our platform, offering our partners unrivalled audience insight, brand safety, efficiency and effectiveness.

The Role

The Growth & Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting Azerion UK’s Growth function across marketing, sales enablement, events, creative development and new business activity.

This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, creative and commercially curious. You will work closely with the Growth team, Sales, Client Success and the Creative Studio to help turn ideas, briefs and opportunities into high-quality client-facing activity.

You will support everything from responding to briefs and developing pitch materials to coordinating events, writing invitations, creating marketing content and working with Creative on mock-ups and proactive ideas.

The role sits at the centre of several teams, so we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, is comfortable managing multiple projects at once and is equally happy generating ideas and making sure the detail gets delivered.

The wider Growth & Strategy function is designed to bring together Sales, Creative, Client Success, marketing and GTM activity to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen Azerion’s position in the market.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Events & Client Engagement

  • Support the planning and delivery of client, agency and industry events.
  • Help develop event concepts that showcase Azerion’s creativity, technology and market positioning.
  • Manage invitations, attendee lists, RSVPs and event communications.
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, internal stakeholders and event logistics.
  • Create and manage event materials in collaboration with the Creative Studio.
  • Support post-event follow-up and ensure activity is connected back to commercial opportunities.
  • Help identify opportunities for Azerion to increase its visibility within the UK advertising market.

Marketing & Communications

  • Support the delivery of Azerion UK’s marketing calendar.
  • Help create newsletters, social content, client communications and other marketing materials.
  • Draft copy for invitations, announcements, case studies and campaigns.
  • Support PR activity, awards submissions and industry partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams to identify strong client success stories and turn them into external marketing content.
  • Help maintain a consistent rhythm of communication across Azerion UK’s marketing channels.
  • Ensure marketing materials are consistent with Azerion’s brand and positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
