ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Executive to help build Whipped Cream's profile and generate new business opportunities.
Working directly with the founders, you'll take ownership of our marketing activity across socials, email, PR, case studies, awards and our website. Your job is simple: make sure the quality of our marketing reflects the quality of our work.
This is an opportunity to shape how one of the UK's fastest-growing independent creative agencies shows up in the market. We're looking for someone who enjoys building as much as delivering. Someone who's equally comfortable writing content, launching a newsletter, updating a case study, identifying a PR opportunity or reviewing marketing performance.
You'll have genuine autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to help shape how Whipped Cream grows.
ABOUT US
Whipped Cream is a creative studio blending talent, brand and experience.
We combine strategic thinking with culturally anchored execution to create campaigns, partnerships and experiences that cut through category and moments that live beyond it.
We've partnered with brands like ITV, Joe & The Juice, Taco Bell, Pinterest and Spotify - brands that trust us to deliver ambitious ideas with commercial impact.
We like our ideas a little unexpected, our humour a little dry, and our people (and partners) kind, curious and collaborative. No egos. No gatekeeping. Just a shared belief that great things happen when smart, creative people come together to make something meaningful.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
