PageSuite Overview

PageSuite is a leading digital publishing software provider, helping some of the world's top media brands deliver exceptional digital experiences. We empower publishers to transform and distribute their content across web, mobile, and tablet platforms, with cutting-edge tools and insight-led strategies.

Growth Marketing Executive

As Growth Marketing Executive, you'll help run PageSuite's growth marketing function end-to-end - brand, campaigns, content, events, outbound prospecting, and lead management. You'll report to the Chief Revenue Officer, who sets overall marketing and growth strategy, and you'll own turning that strategy into a working, measurable engine that fills the pipeline for our Business Development Managers, with a particular focus on our core markets: large newspaper and magazine publishers across North America, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, DACH and Scandinavia.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working across a range of different areas. It's ideal for somebody early on in their career, looking to take the next step. You will be required to attend the office two days per week, and occasionally attend industry events outside of usual working hours.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Turn our marketing strategy into multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic, ABM) that generate qualified leads across our core markets.
  • Build and run a repeatable demand gen engine, from campaign execution through to MQL handoff to the sales team.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on channels and messaging to continuously improve pipeline quality and cost efficiency.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management

  • Own outbound lead generation: build target account and contact lists and run outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified pipeline for our BDMs.
  • Qualify inbound (MQL) and outbound leads against PageSuite's ideal customer profile before handing off to the relevant BDM, with clear notes for a smooth handoff.
  • Ensure all leads are tracked and recorded in our CRM.

Content & Brand

  • Develop content (case studies, whitepapers, blog, sales collateral) that speaks to the needs of newspaper and magazine publishers.
  • Keep messaging aligned with what's actually landing in market, feeding insight back into the broader go-to-market strategy.

Events & Webinars

  • Help to coordinate our events and conferences.
  • Play a key role in marketing and managing webinars and other campaigns to build pipeline and brand awareness.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Report on campaign and outbound performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using Salesforce/CRM data.

Partnerships

  • Help to manage our partnership function, including creating joint content and other material.

What You'll Bring

  • Either some early experience in a similar marketing or demand gen role (an internship, placement, or a first job with around a year under your belt), or no direct experience yet but a genuine passion for building a career in marketing.
  • Full of ideas and enthusiasm, with the confidence to bring them to the table.
  • Happy getting stuck into a wide range of marketing activity — content, campaigns, events, outbound prospecting — rather than expecting to specialise in one lane from day one.
  • Genuinely curious about the publishing industry and keen to learn how newspaper and magazine publishers think and buy.
  • Organised, with an eye for detail on the practical side of the role — CRM hygiene, campaign tracking, and following things through to completion.
  • Comfortable taking direction from senior stakeholders while still bringing your own point of view and ideas to the role.
