About us:

Theunidorm is a platform for students and recent graduates, built by students and recent graduates. We are an insider guide relating to the job market and university life, sharing relatable content and videos across various social media platforms. In our first 30 days, we reached 9.3 million views across platforms, and we want to keep that momentum going.

The role:

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to join our team. You should have a genuine interest in social media, paired with a business-minded approach to help us grow. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience shaping a brand from the inside. This is a paid position.

  • Own the writing and filming of social media videos, bringing your own creative ideas to the table
  • Lead market and audience research to help shape and boost our strategy and direction
  • Drive projects that grow our brand visibility and build a stronger community
  • Develop and pitch campaign ideas from concept to execution
  • Plan and run on-campus events that put theunidorm directly in front of students

What we're looking for:

  • Based in London and a current student at a London university, available 2x a week
  • A strong business mind, with the ability to spot opportunities and think commercially about how content and campaigns drive growth
  • Confident reaching out to people: whether that's brands, students, or potential partners and comfortable building relationships from a fresh start
  • Effective communication skills, with verbal communication suited to a student and graduate audience
  • Ability to use CapCut, Excel, and Slack tools
  • An understanding of marketing processes and supporting outreach and relationship-building efforts
  • Solid project management skills (organisation, time management, and follow-through on tasks)
  • Interest in marketing, social media, or digital content, with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and take initiative with minimal supervision
