BuildHer Labs is a London-based venture studio dedicated to supporting women and non-binary founders from idea stage through to becoming investor-ready. The organisation helps founders refine their concepts, stress-test business models, and plan strategic next steps. With a community of over 500+ members across the UK, BuildHer Labs offers weekly deep-work workshops, collaborative community nights, and a safe space for learning and building together. The team works closely with accelerators, co-working spaces, and aligned partners to create opportunities and resources that foster sustainable growth. Role Description
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that grow BuildHer Labs’ community and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with campaign planning, tracking key performance metrics, and conducting market and audience research to identify growth opportunities. You will help create and refine marketing content for social media, email, and partner channels, and collaborate with the team to test growth experiments and iterate based on data. The role also involves supporting events and partnerships by coordinating communications and outreach to potential members and collaborators. This is an internship role based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work from home.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize growth initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in growth hacking and digital growth tactics to support community and audience expansion.
- Sales mindset and comfort with outreach, nurturing leads, and supporting partnership development.
- Basic project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple team members.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms); familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, venture building, or community-focused organisations; prior experience in marketing or community roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment and to adapt in a fast-moving, experiment-driven setting.
