Job Description
As the first senior marketing leader at About:Energy, you will build the engine that converts product interest into a qualified pipeline. You will own the entire growth funnel for The Voltt, managing channels like SEO and LinkedIn while optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion. This is a high-impact individual contributor role shaping the future of electrification.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage the growth channel mix end-to-end, including SEO, LinkedIn demand generation, and lifecycle email marketing to drive product-led growth for The Voltt.
- Own the MQL to SQL conversion lever, defining lead qualification criteria and sales handoff processes to achieve an ambitious 30% conversion target.
- Establish a robust marketing OKR framework and reporting cadence to provide the leadership team with transparent, data-driven insights on performance and ROI.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing within a PLG or SaaS environment, with a track record of turning product interest into a qualified pipeline.
- Expertise in managing marketing budgets against ROI and running channels independently from strategy through execution without needing a large team for support.
- Data-driven mindset with technical curiosity, comfortable using tools like HubSpot and managing instrumentation for funnel activation and conversion analysis.
