Job Description
We are seeking an AI-first Growth Marketing Lead to own our end-to-end funnel, personalization layer, and experimentation engine. You will build from scratch, designing customer journeys from first touch to repeat purchase. This is a builder’s role where you ship landing pages and automations yourself, using AI tools to move with extreme speed.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute an AI-driven personalization strategy across CRM, lifecycle, and on-site experiences to boost lifetime value.
- Establish a rigorous experimentation engine, building and testing hypotheses weekly to validate new markets and conversion tactics.
- Build internal tools, landing pages, and prototypes using no-code and AI-coding assistants to ship features independently.
