Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in the next stage of Abel & Cole's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on finding new opportunities, testing bold ideas, and turning insight into action.

Leading a team of two channel specialists, you'll optimise some of our most important growth levers. We are a team of 25 marketeers with a full in-house creative team, so you’ll see your work from end to end. You’ll partner with some agencies to help us strategize and execute our above the line plan. From data and insight, concept, execute and deliver, you have full end to end responsibility.

If you love uncovering opportunities, balancing challenging the status quo versus having a tried and tested plan, and seeing your ideas deliver measurable results, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a purpose-led brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
