Growth Marketing Lead / Growth Marketing Manager
We're Marcode
We build software that helps brands spot and deal with affiliate fraud. That includes paid-search hijacking, browser extensions inserting themselves into customer journeys, leaked discount codes, and affiliates taking credit for sales they did not really drive.
The commercial problem is simple: businesses risk paying commission on revenue they would have received anyway. Removing this activity saves money, but can impact an affiliate team's reported performance. Reaching the right stakeholders, understanding their motivations, and supporting their internal business case are critical.
We work with leading advertisers across retail, travel, and telecoms. Backed by TinySeed, we've grown ~100% year-over-year. Our sales team converts effectively; our next growth stage relies on generating qualified opportunities systematically.
The role
We're hiring our first dedicated Growth Marketing Lead to own that challenge.
You will own pipeline creation and qualified meeting generation—from account selection and segmentation to testing messaging, offers, and channels. You will work closely with Andy, our founder, and the sales team to feed frontline insights directly into campaigns.
We have a tightly denied TAM. We need precise, high-intent strategies that engage buyers thoughtfully without fatiguing the market.
This is a senior IC role with strategic ownership and hands-on execution. We value action over meetings. We are in this to win. We put trust in our people. You will have full autonomy over investment choices, supported by existing outbound infrastructure, AI tooling, freelancers, and agency resources as needed.
What you'll own
- Our existing growth channels that work
- Develop and execute a growth strategy directly tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Optimize outbound operations: account selection, data enrichment, multi-channel sequencing, and messaging.
- Establish a structured campaign testing rhythm that preserves our finite audience list.
- Partner with sales to refine SQL definitions, review deal feedback, and tighten buyer personas.
- Tailor value propositions for distinct stakeholders (e.g., C-level vs. affiliate managers).
- Test and scale demand channels (LinkedIn ads, webinars, event leverage).
- Manage marketing budget, measure CAC/ROI, and create high-converting campaign assets end-to-end.
- Leverage AI and automation to scale production and insights without sacrificing quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
A strong candidate will have:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, ideally in high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrated success driving qualified pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
- Hands-on expertise running experiments across ad campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise with modern outbound stacks and scaling outbound campaigns.
- Strong positioning, and offer-creation skills tailored to multi-stakeholder deals.
- Ability to run full-funnel experiments across multiple channels independently.
- Absolute fluency with AI/automation workflows to accelerate operational velocity.
This role will suit you if
- You enjoy moving between commercial thinking and practical campaign work.
- You are happy being judged on qualified pipeline and what converts, it definitely won’t suit you if you liked to be judged on the amount of marketing activity produced.
- You like learning directly from sales calls and customer feedback, then changing the plan when the evidence points elsewhere.
- You can form a view, explain the reasoning and act without waiting for a large team or a detailed playbook.
- You use AI and automation to automate as much as possible, but still know where human judgement matters.
- You would rather build a strong growth engine yourself than spend most of your time managing a department.

It probably won't suit you if
- You're looking for a mainly strategic leadership role with a large team underneath you.
- Most of your recent experience has been managing agencies or specialists rather than delivering campaigns yourself.
- You prefer broad brand activity where the commercial impact may take a year or more to understand.
- You mainly measure marketing through reach, engagement, clicks or lead volume and have limited visibility of what reaches a qualified pipeline.
- Your approach to outbound is primarily based on increasing send volume.
- You need a settled channel plan and detailed instructions before you can start making progress.
- “Lead” at Marcode means owning the decisions and the result. You'll still be expected to create, test, review and improve the work yourself.
