The Company
We’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating within the fintech space.
The company has developed innovative technology that enables some of the world’s largest asset managers and institutional investors to research and manage important shareholder voting decisions. Following strong growth across the UK and Europe, the business is now investing further in the US market and entering an exciting new stage of its development.
With a close-knit team, an AI-enabled product and plenty of international potential, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-led technology business where marketing will have a visible impact on commercial growth.
The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead will take ownership of how the business creates new conversations, qualified meetings and pipeline across priority accounts.
This is a broad, hands-on position sitting closely alongside Sales. You’ll research major asset managers and institutional investors, identify the right stakeholders and create targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content and events. The immediate focus will be on the UK, Europe and US, with success measured through meaningful engagement, qualified meetings and pipeline rather than vanity metrics.
Alongside outbound activity, you’ll create compelling content that turns complex subject matter into clear reasons for prospects to engage. This could include campaign emails, LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters and reports, working with internal product and industry experts to bring their knowledge to market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll also own campaign and prospect data within HubSpot, improve lead nurturing and help identify the buying signals that Sales should act on. This is a standalone role initially, but you’ll work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across Sales, Product and the wider business, with genuine scope to shape the growth strategy and develop the function over time.
