In Brief

We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Lead to join our capable and compact Marketing Team.

The Growth Marketing Lead will own the optimisation of digital customer journeys across our website, product demonstrations, member experiences, and marketing channels, using analytics and user insight to drive engagement, conversion, and growth.

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £50-65k per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch)

Place of work: hybrid of home and office (Brighton)

This role plays a key part in design and development of UX journeys, whilst driving growth and brand awareness through our online channels.

The right person will be comfortable refining digital marketing experiences across website journeys, online advertising, and analytics, and will work closely with our Tech team to support app and portal enhancements. Relevant experience in related fields is expected.

You’ll join a team focused on directly improving healthcare journeys and shaping the future of our products. If healthcare and technology are part of your experience, and your skillset aligns with the role, we’d love to hear from you.

Success in this role will be measured through improvements in website and lead generation performance, campaign ROI, user engagement metrics, and digital experience optimisation.

Core Responsibilities - Marketing

  • Step-by-step layout of user journeys with tools such as Supademo, Canva, Figma
  • Design of client Management Information (MI) - Work with Tech team on UI/UX improvements – on app and design of MI portal and other products
  • Website UX - Digital experience refinement - reviewing content and working with the wider team to adjust pages for optimum performance and lead conversion
  • Google Analytics - Manage Google Analytics reporting and make benchmarking suggestions based on performance using Google Tag Manager and site performance data
  • Google Ads - Set-up, tagging, monitoring, optimization, reporting.
  • LinkedIn Campaigns - Set-up, conversion coding, monitoring, optimization, reporting.
  • Emails – Support team in creating emails (HTML, Mailchimp) to best-practice standards as required.

Supporting Responsibilities - Customer Delivery

  • Inter-departmental collaboration - Work with Quality and Customer teams to incorporate member feedback into our processes
  • Product strategy - Strategically reviewing competitor activity and conducting market research to ensure we stay ahead of the curve

Skill Requirements/Preferences

  • Experience collaborating on UX design projects and using tools such as Figma and Supademo to communicate user journey improvements.
  • Previous website project management, with ability to highlight improvements made to user journeys
  • Use of AI to support marketing success metrics
  • Management of Google Ad campaigns (post-2024 algorithmic changes)
  • Ownership of LinkedIn Campaign Manager functionality and conversions via social platforms
  • Experience in implementing tracking with GTM
  • Ability to analyse user behaviour to make suggestions

This flexible role will be best for an agile and proactive team player. Priorities change over time, so no two months will be the same in terms of delivery.

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of ownership, impact, and proven independent work within a Growth or Performance Marketing role
