We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech challenger bank on a mission to make banking simpler, fairer and genuinely useful for its customers. Backed by ambitious growth plans and a product-led culture, they're building a growth marketing function from scratch to match their pace.
As a Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Growth, you will take ownership of acquisition channels that directly influence commercial performance and work alongside a talented, collaborative marketing and product team. You will be given genuine autonomy to test, learn and innovate in a business that moves quickly!

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the growth marketing strategy across paid, lifecycle and performance channels
- Own budget allocation and ROI reporting, optimising spend against clear commercial targets
- Collaborate closely with product, data and design teams to improve acquisition and retention
- Build and mentor a small team as the function scales
- Identify new channels and testing opportunities to unlock further growth
About you
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven growth marketing experience, ideally within fintech, app-based scale-up or digitally-led businesses
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- A test-and-learn mindset with the confidence to challenge convention
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
