With an established brand, growing testing portfolio, customer base and new opportunities across consumer health and corporate wellness, we're now looking for an exceptional Growth & Marketing Lead to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

- Developing and executing our growth and marketing strategy
- Creating compelling social content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

- Developing campaigns around our Annual Health MOT and wider health-testing portfolio
- Growing and activating our email audience
- Identifying and developing affiliate, referral and strategic partnerships
- Testing paid social and other customer-acquisition opportunities
- Improving customer journeys, offers and conversion
- Identifying prospective corporate wellness clients

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who We're Looking For
We're less interested in marketing qualifications than evidence that you can acquire customers and grow a business. You might come from health and wellness, consumer brands, e-commerce, fitness, technology or another growth-focused environment.
You'll ideally be:
- Commercially minded and results driven
- Creative, with a strong eye for premium content
- Confident creating content yourself rather than simply briefing others
- Comfortable with modern AI creative tools
- Experienced in customer acquisition and conversion
- Confident picking up the phone and opening B2B conversations
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Analytical enough to distinguish activity from results
- Willing to experiment, measure and improve
- Prepared to challenge ideas when you think there's a better approach
Health-sector experience is welcome, but proven growth ability matters more.
What Success Looks Like
We aren't hiring someone simply to increase follower numbers. We want to see:
- More customers. More revenue. More qualified corporate opportunities. Better conversion. Stronger reach. Repeatable acquisition channels.

You'll be given room to test ideas and demonstrate what works. Where activity delivers commercially viable growth, we are prepared to increase investment, scope and responsibility.
The Opportunity
This is initially a flexible, self-employed, performance and commission-based role, with uncapped earning potential linked directly to the new business you generate. For the right person, there is significant scope for the relationship to develop as Swan Science grows, including increased involvement and remuneration.
We see this as an opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketer to make a visible impact on a growing health brand rather than simply inherit a narrow job description.
Interested?
Please send us a short introduction rather than a generic application. We'd particularly like to know:
- What have you previously helped grow — and what were the commercial results?
- Give us an example of a campaign or acquisition strategy that generated paying customers.
- Are you comfortable with proactive business development, including outbound calls?
- If you were responsible for growing Swan Science tomorrow, what are the first three things you would do?
- Show us something you've created or a campaign you're particularly proud of.
Selected applicants will receive further information about the opportunity, remuneration structure and current growth priorities.
