Marketing Lead Intern (HealthTech & Social Care)

📍 Remote UK | 12–20 hours/week | Unpaid Internship (Potential to Become Paid Upon Funding & Performance)

At SympliCare AI, we're building AI-powered technology that helps care homes strengthen governance through better operational visibility while also developing innovative AI solutions for the wider healthcare sector.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead Intern to help grow our brand, build an engaged community of social care and healthcare professionals, and generate partnerships and client opportunities through strategic marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute our social media strategy, with LinkedIn and other popular social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and short-form content.
  • Plan and promote product launches, webinars, events, and company updates.
  • Stay up to date with trends in UK social care, healthcare, AI, and digital health.
  • Build and engage a community of care home leaders, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support campaigns that generate partnerships, pilot opportunities, and prospective clients.
  • Analyze content performance and continuously improve growth strategies.
  • Help coordinate and guide junior marketing interns when needed.
  • Attend weekly internal team meetings and contribute ideas to marketing strategy.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in social media marketing, content creation, brand growth, or digital marketing.
  • Can demonstrate results through a portfolio, personal brand, previous work, or marketing projects.
  • Applications without a portfolio or examples of previous work may not be considered.
  • Is proactive, reliable, creative, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
  • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is experienced with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Is comfortable creating graphics, videos, and engaging social content.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the UK social care or healthcare sector.
