Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join

The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. As Growth Marketing Lead, Metasearch, you will play a critical role in managing and scaling our metasearch program across global markets. Your work will be critical to driving growth in our community of guests and hosts, with a particular focus on global expansion and new products and services.

The Difference You Will Make

We are seeking a world-class performance marketer to own and scale Airbnb's metasearch and display programs globally. As part of the Growth Media team, you will manage strategic partnerships with premiere metasearch partners, develop and execute best-in-class programmatic and paid social strategies, and bring a deep technical fluency in feed-based marketing, bidding optimization, and experiment design. The role demands superb attention to detail, a strong analytical foundation, and a track record of driving measurable impact through scalable, biddable media. Success means maximizing the value of our digital media investments end-to-end — from channel strategy to execution to reporting — driving outsized growth for the global Airbnb brand and community.

This role is based remotely in Paris (candidates should be able to go to our office when needed).

A Typical Day

  • Develop and execute a world-class global performance marketing strategy across metasearch and display channels (programmatic, paid social, and mobile) to exceed growth goals
  • Develop and optimize bidding strategies to maximize revenue and efficiencies through best-in-class strategies
  • Own account management for key metasearch partners, driving outsized growth through optimized placements, CTR improvements, and new partnership initiatives
  • Flawlessly execute against campaign components to maximize efficiency, including technical setup of programs: audience management, creative testing, budget, and bidding strategies
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual optimization; leverage a strong background in experiment design and evaluation to exceed aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead end-to-end creative brief development and execution, collaborating closely with brand and creative teams to ensure an exceptional, high-quality bar for creative output.
  • Lead selection and execution of regional pilots across both channels.
  • Partner with Leadership and Engineering to ideate on opportunities to improve channel performance, particularly in the AI innovation space.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
