What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Sr Director, Global Head of Demand & Marketing Operations, you’ll build and own the end-to-end customer journey for one of Reapit’s new products — from first interaction through activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Build the full growth funnel from visit to sign-up, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Identify and remove friction at each stage of the customer journey, using customer behaviour and product data to guide priorities.
- Design and optimise onboarding journeys that reduce time-to-value and improve core activation metrics.
- Develop automated, behaviour-driven lifecycle programmes across email, in-app and CRM journeys.
- Personalise journeys based on user intent, usage patterns, customer segments and high-value behaviours.
- Run continuous experimentation and A/B testing across onboarding, messaging, pricing and product experiences.
- Define key user segments and translate product usage signals into actionable growth opportunities.
- Initiate free-to-paid conversion and upgrade pathways that support monetisation and retention.
- Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Product, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams.
- Partner with a dedicated launch team of product managers, engineers and product marketers to build the product’s growth engine from first principles.
Who we’re looking for

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
