What we're building

Jiga is on a mission to help the best hardware companies build faster.

The problem: engineers designing physical products waste weeks chasing quotes, vetting suppliers, and managing procurement instead of actually engineering. Jiga fixes this by connecting engineers directly with vetted manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, 3D printing).

We're a small, fully-funded, cashflow-positive team serving customers like NASA, Google, and Siemens.

The role

Mechanical engineers hate sourcing. They hate portals, sales calls, and waiting five days for a quote. We built the thing they actually want. They tell their college friends about it, they bring us along when they change companies and they send pizzas to our suppliers at 11PM.

Your job is to turn that into a machine.

You own everything marketing: from SEO content to videos to podcasts to setting up events until leading product launches. This is a hands-on, ship-it role, not a strategy deck role. You'll plan it, build it, publish it and own the successes (and the failures)

How we actually work

We're a small remote team made up of the best of the best, distributed around the globe. Most of our work is async, which is the secret sauce of our success.

  • High trust, low bullshit: We don't count hours or peek over your shoulder on Slack. We trust you to get your work done and tell us when something's wrong. Real ownership, no process theater, no busy-work meetings.
  • Question everything: See something that doesn't make sense? Say it. Have a better way to do something? Just do it. Our internal motto is "Don't drink the kool-aid".
  • No busy work, no fluff: If you're addicted to heavy process building and endless meetings, this isn't a good fit.
  • Actually friendly, not corporate friendly: We play games online every week. Once a year we fly everyone somewhere beautiful for our offsite. We genuinely like hanging out together, which turns out to be way better than forced team building exercises.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll actually do

  • Own organic acquisition end to end: SEO, technical content, the whole funnel from search to signup
  • Write and ship content engineers actually read. Real technical depth on DFM, tolerances, materials, finishes, lead times. Not "5 Tips For Better Procurement"
  • Own the website: messaging, pages, conversion. Work directly with our CEO and founders on messaging and strategy.
  • Run our presence in the communities where mechanical engineers already hang out (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, forums, Slack groups) without being the brand that everyone mutes
  • Find and work with the engineering creators our users watch, subscribe to and trust
  • Plan and run events: conference presence, engineer dinners, meetups, hackathons
  • Ship engaging and funny videos. DFM teardowns, product videos, case studies, funny USP videos. It’s all on you now.
  • Work closely with our head of product and CTO to plan product launches, and embed growth aspects into our product
  • Turn our organic word of mouth into a referral and community engine
  • Analyze your own funnel. You'll be in GA, Search Console, Ahrefs and the product analytics yourself.
  • Kill channels that don't work, double down on the ones that do

What we're looking for

Must Have

  • 5+ years in growth, community, product or content marketing.
  • You've marketed to a technical, skeptical audience that smells fluff from miles away
  • Startup experience (under 50 people). You know what "do everything" means
  • Comfortable with data: analytics, dashboards, SEO tooling. You find your own answers with AI and don’t need a data analyst for every question.
  • You use AI anywhere it creates real leverage, and you know where its output is not good enough to publish
  • Strong writing. Clear, specific, opinionated, no adjectives doing the work of evidence
  • Timezone: At least 2 hours overlap with EET, and at least 3 hours overlap with PST
  • Background as a mechanical engineer, industrial designer or supply chain professional. Or experience as a marketer for manufacturing, hardware or CAD verticals.

You'll love it here if

  • You have strong opinions loosely held - you're decisive but update quickly when you're wrong
  • You're energized by ambiguity. "Figure it out" sounds like freedom, not abandonment
  • You're low-ego, high-output. You do the grunt work, not just the plan
  • You see gaps and fill them without being asked
  • You're obsessively curious about manufacturing and how things get made
  • You say what you think. No corporate speak, no hedging

This might not be for you if

  • You need a team or an agency underneath you to feel effective
  • You need meetings and approvals to get moving
  • You measure yourself in brand impressions
  • "Move fast and break things" gives you anxiety
  • You want to own strategy and have someone else handle the details
  • Your cover letter blurb is full of AI slop

What we offer

  • A small team where you matter. We never compromise on people
  • Zero bureaucracy. We hate process theater as much as you do
  • Real ownership of a core function and your own budget from day 1
  • Complete flexibility. Work from anywhere, set your own hours, take time off when you need it (parents especially welcome)
  • Generous stock options. We're looking for partners to run a marathon with us
  • Self-development budget for books, courses, conferences, whatever helps you grow
  • Annual offsites in beautiful places
  • Transparent finances. Ask us anything about our runway and revenue
