About WYN

London startup helping enterprises save 30% on software contracts. Founded in 2024 by Adrien Bourg & Sergei Tugarinov, both former enterprise sales directors. Grown to a team of 20+ with no external funding. $3bn+ in software spend under management. Seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to report directly to the co-founders, manage one Marketing Manager, and work alongside the SDR team.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to build WYN’s marketing function from the ground up. With a blank canvas, you’ll shape the strategy, establish the processes and define how marketing supports our growth. As a hands-on player-coach, you’ll own everything from inbound demand generation and paid campaigns to content direction and events, while building the foundations of a scalable marketing function. If you’re someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy and building something from scratch, this is your chance to make a real impact and create a function you can truly call your own.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
