About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Leader to build and scale a global growth engine for a leading B2B cybersecurity organisation. This role leads regional demand generation, digital acquisition, ABM, and full-funnel optimisation to drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
What You’ll Lead
- Global growth strategy across regions, segments, and priority buyer audiences.
- Full-funnel programmes that increase awareness, accelerate engagement, and convert demand into qualified opportunities.
- Integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, events, content syndication, and lifecycle nurture.
- Performance optimisation using intent data, segmentation, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Executive-level reporting on pipeline, demand effectiveness, ROI, and regional performance.
- Cross-functional alignment with sales, product, channel, operations, and executive leadership.

What You Bring
- Senior leadership experience in marketing, B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven success driving regional and global demand generation at scale.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyers and complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Expertise in ABM, digital demand, paid media, lifecycle nurture, and BDR-aligned motions.
- Skilled in marketing technology, attribution, CRM, automation platforms, and performance reporting.
- Inclusive people leadership and experience managing distributed teams, agencies, and budgets.
This role would suit a commercially minded, insight-driven growth leader who excels at building scalable programmes, partnering across global teams, and translating complex cybersecurity challenges into clear buyer value. Comfortable setting strategy, coaching teams, and driving hands-on execution when needed.
