Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic global Growth Marketing Manager to join our Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice at Salesforce. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness within top Private Equity Firms and their Portfolio Companies.

You'll work closely with our private equity relationship managers, executive marketing, field marketing, product marketing, and external stakeholders including our customers and partners to create exceptional experiences—from intimate executive dinners to large-scale regional events like our Private Equity Value Creation Days and our Private Equity Dreamforce Program.

This role will be based in our London office, but requires working US East Coast hours for the majority of the week.

What You'll Do

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute global Private Equity engagements annually including:
    • Our annual global Value Creation Days for Private Equity Operating Partners and their portfolio company CxOs in multiple locations
    • Plan and execute Private Equity and Portfolio dinners in alignment with key internal stakeholders
    • Leverage our global World Tours for portfolio and Private Equity activations
    • Leverage Salesforce Executive Marketing and Industry co-marketing events
    • Support and execute our annual Dreamforce Private Equity program
    • Manage our Private Equity event sponsorships
    • Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up including tracking of our KPIs
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Relationship Managers, StratOps, Customer Success, Product, Industry and Executive Marketing) to ensure seamless execution
    • Drive registration, attendance, and engagement goals for each event

Digital Marketing

  • Own and manage the Private Equity website presence, including content updates, optimization, and alignment with campaign priorities
  • Plan, execute, and host webinars end-to-end, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up
  • Execute against our Private Equity social media strategy, including content publishing, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance (web, social, webinars) and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Partner with demand generation and content teams to amplify campaigns across digital channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
