GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

SOUTH MANCHESTER

CREATIVE AGENCY

HYBRID

£50k + Bonus + Benefits + Budget

Creative independent agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its expanding team! Hybrid working.

This would suit someone who has previous agency experience within a Growth or New Business Development role, ideally focusing on Brand and/or B2B Marketing. You'll feel passionately about experiential and/or social activations and be able to talk commercially & comprehensively around these areas.

Working in collaboration with the Creative Team, you'll be creating content which is suited & linked to the specialist areas of the agency. You'll have an opinion and a point-of-view on topics related to the business and industry they sit within. This will result in growing an audience & engagement from the key people that matter, generating new business leads and converting these into the partners & clients of the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
