Growth Marketing Manager
London (2-3 days in the office)
£50,000–£60,000 base + bonus + equity
We’re working with a fast-growing, founder-led D2C consumer brand looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of its next stage of growth.
The business has grown significantly over the last 12 months, has recently secured external investment and is now building out its marketing function as it scales across the UK and Europe.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll work closely with the founder, bringing structure to the growth strategy while remaining very hands-on across creative, performance, eCommerce and content.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and develop the growth marketing strategy across D2C and key digital channels.
- Bring together paid, organic, eCommerce, content and retention into a clear commercial growth plan.
- Manage external performance agencies, setting targets, challenging performance and ensuring activity is aligned.
- Own creative direction across paid media, campaigns and customer-facing content.
- Improve the website, landing pages and conversion journey.
- Develop and test new campaigns, creative concepts and growth opportunities.
- Use CAC, conversion, retention, revenue and channel performance to decide where to invest and what to test next.
- Support product and campaign launches from idea through to execution.
- Build a scalable content creation process and coordinate shoots and creative production.
- Help hire and manage a junior marketing/creative resource as the team grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit above the detail and manage agencies. This is a hands-on growth role where you’ll move between strategy, creative and execution.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience within a D2C/eCommerce consumer brand, ideally during a high-growth stage.
- A track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, particularly Meta and Google.
- Experience managing and challenging external performance agencies.
- Good knowledge of Shopify, CRO and eCommerce conversion.
- A strong creative eye – you understand what good content and creative looks like and can turn that into campaigns that perform.
- Strong copywriting and content skills.
- An understanding of CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing.
- The ability to generate ideas, test quickly and learn from performance.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Experience within health, wellness, food & beverage or consumer technology would be useful, but isn't essential.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is commercial, creative and entrepreneurial. You’ll enjoy working in a smaller business where things move quickly, priorities change and you’re expected to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
The founder is particularly interested in someone who combines the analytical side of growth marketing with a genuinely strong creative instinct – rather than being purely performance or platform focused.
If you’ve helped grow a D2C brand and want a role where you can genuinely influence what happens next, we’d love to hear from you.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
