Synapto
Synapto helps businesses control how money moves through them: what it costs, how fast it arrives, and how much margin survives the journey. The market is large and underserved, and marketing is central to how we grow into it.
Growth Marketing Manager
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll run marketing campaigns across our two growth motions, eCommerce and software platforms. The targeting, segmentation, and ideal customer profiles are set by the Chief Growth Officer, and you won't be left guessing at them: we'll go through the ICPs together, along with the reasoning behind each one, so you always understand who we're talking to and why they should care.
From there, the execution is yours. You'll design and run the campaigns, create the lead magnets and offers, put paid media behind them, and build the nurture that takes a prospect from first touch to sales-ready. You'll report on what's converting, and bring your own campaign ideas to the table for us to agree together. Funnel targets are set jointly, and success is shared: good targeting and good execution have to meet in the middle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the craft of running campaigns and wants clear ownership of how we execute, with proper support and context behind every brief.
What you'll own
Campaign management
You'll run our marketing campaigns across both growth motions day to day, owning the calendar, the execution, and the results. You'll also bring new campaign ideas to the table for us to agree together. Success here is measured by campaigns that convert, not campaigns that simply ship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll get the offers and content out the door, produced within our established voice and standards. We hold every claim to a simple test: it has to stand up in a real conversation, not just read well on the page.
Paid media
You'll run the paid budget across channels, with Meta as our primary driver and a remit to test and prove others where they earn their place. Paid is judged on cost per qualified lead and contribution to pipeline, never on impressions alone.
The conversion motion
You'll run how defined audiences are warmed and guided through the funnel, building the campaigns, lead magnets, and nurture that turn a fed lead into an MQL, and an MQL into an SQL. You'll watch the SQLs build and feed back what's working. This is campaign and conversion work; the targeting and sourcing sit with us.
Qualification and handoff
Working with the CGO and the sales team, you'll help shape and maintain our MQL and SQL criteria and the funnel targets behind them. You'll manage scoring, routing, and a clean handoff to sales, and close the loop by tracking what converts and feeding it back into the campaigns.
Reporting
You'll own the funnel dashboard end to end: campaign performance, MQL-to-SQL conversion, cost per qualified lead, and contribution to pipeline. We value honest attribution over a flattering number.
Field sales support
From time to time you'll lend marketing support to the field sales team wherever it helps move a deal toward close.
What we're looking for
- Three to five years in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or an adjacent payments field.
- A track record of running campaigns end to end, from launch through to conversion, rather than executing isolated pieces of a plan.
- Genuine command of the conversion motion: nurture sequences, MQL and SQL definitions, scoring, routing, and conversion analysis.
- Hands-on paid media experience with real budget accountability, measured on cost per qualified lead.
- A capable commercial writer, comfortable producing content within a defined voice and standard.
- Fluent in a CRM and confident owning attribution.
- At ease agreeing targets collaboratively and operating before every number is settled.
- Self-directed: able to run the motion without daily oversight.

Nice to have
- Exposure to payments or embedded finance.
- Experience marketing to platforms and software vendors, not only to end merchants.
- A background building nurture and lifecycle campaigns from supplied lead lists.
Your first 90 days
- By day 30: MQL and SQL definitions and funnel targets agreed with the CGO and sales; campaigns live across both growth motions; paid media running and tracked on cost per qualified lead; a funnel dashboard the CGO and sales team can trust.
- By day 60: a repeatable campaign and conversion motion, with a clean handoff SLA and a closed loop on what converts. We're still establishing what good volume looks like at this stage, so setting a credible baseline from real data is part of the role.
- By day 90: a scalable engine, campaigns that can absorb more volume and more spend without straining, with a conversion motion proven enough to invest behind, and a clear view of which motions and channels deserve to scale first.
