The Role
Inbound growth is one of the biggest drivers of our business, and we're looking for someone who wants to own it.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of our SMB growth engine, with clear commercial ownership of pipeline and revenue. You'll be trusted to identify opportunities, test new ideas and use data to shape our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own Inbound SMB growth, building a high-performing acquisition engine that consistently delivers SQL and revenue targets.
- Set and execute our multi-channel growth strategy, identifying where and how we invest across paid, organic, partnerships and emerging channels.
- Own paid acquisition across search and social, from strategy and hands-on execution to budget allocation, optimisation and scaling.
- Drive organic and new-channel growth, working across SEO, partnerships and emerging opportunities to diversify acquisition.
- Turn more demand into qualified pipeline, using HubSpot to build nurture journeys, segmentation and automation through to SQL.
- Own our website as a growth channel, continually improving journeys, landing pages and conversion through A/B testing.
- Run a rigorous experimentation programme, testing channels, audiences, messaging and creative to uncover repeatable growth levers.
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up workflows and sharpen analysis.
- Own growth reporting and insight, across CAC, CPL, conversion, lead quality, SQLs, pipeline, revenue and ROI.

What We're Looking For
You’re a commercially minded growth marketer who loves figuring out what makes growth happen. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, digging into the data, finding the biggest opportunities and moving quickly to test, learn and scale what works.
You'll bring:
- Several years’ experience and a strong track record owning and scaling growth, ideally in B2B SaaS and high-volume SMB acquisition
- Proven success improving acquisition efficiency and conversion, with clear commercial results
- Deep hands-on expertise across paid acquisition, CRO, A/B testing and landing-page optimisation
- Strong HubSpot and analytics capability, with the ability to diagnose funnel performance and turn insight into action
- Experience building automated nurture journeys that convert demand into qualified leads
- A strong understanding of SEO, organic growth and emerging acquisition channels
- A highly experimental mindset and fluency with AI tools to work faster and unlock new growth opportunities

- Consistently delivering ambitious SMB SQL targets within our target CPL
- A high-velocity experimentation engine that continually uncovers and scales new growth levers
- Increasing conversion across our website, landing pages and nurture journeys
- A scalable, diversified acquisition engine with clear visibility into what drives growth
The Interview Process
- Stage 1 - Exploratory video call with talent partner (25 mins)
- Stage 2 - Experience & skills video interview with Marion, Head of Marketing (45 mins)
- Stage 3 - In-person task with the Marketing Team (1 hour)
- Stage 4 – Culture interview with Lizzie, Sales & Marketing Director (20 minutes)
This role is based in London, and our in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
