About the Company
Airspeed is changing how revenue teams work. Our AI Revenue Orchestration Platform doesn't just analyze conversations — it acts on them. By turning every customer interaction into insight and action, Airspeed Agents help teams close gaps, move faster, and focus on what matters most: selling. With 200+ customers across 20 countries and strong adoption among reps, Airspeed is setting a new standard for execution at scale.
About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be the first dedicated owner of demand generation and our digital presence. You'll translate complex AI, agents, and workflows into high-converting campaigns tied to revenue outcomes — and build the systems, landing pages, and assets that feed our sales reps. This role is built for a high-performance, hands-on operator who thrives in a lean startup environment, lives in Claude Code, and takes full ownership of results.
Responsibilities
- Design and run demand-generation campaigns end-to-end, spanning paid (LinkedIn, Google PPC) and organic channels, with demo requests as the primary call to action.
- Own the digital surface and online presence, managing Airspeed's presence on LinkedIn, the website, and community platforms to drive brand visibility.
- Rebuild and optimize the website using Claude Code and Figma, creating a clean, differentiated site that clearly communicates value across the funnel.
- Drive organic search (SEO) by owning technical, on-page, and content SEO, fixing cannibalization, and building a real content engine.
- Lead the AI answer layer (AEO/GEO) strategy, ensuring Airspeed is cited and visible in AI answers, and building strategic backlinks through partners.
- Manage and allocate the paid budget (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta) to maximize effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
- Build landing pages, assets, and ad copy directly using Claude Code—shipping quickly without agency or engineering dependencies.
- Stand up basic funnel measurement and dashboards, reporting weekly on pipeline contribution in the revenue meeting.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand the roadmap and convert it into marketing assets, how-to guides, and category thought leadership.
- Act as the connective layer between Product, Sales, and Marketing—running regular retros and ensuring clarity on what drives demand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
