Growth Manager
Luxury Skincare | London | Hybrid
Where luxury beauty meets high-performance growth.
We’re partnering with an exceptional, founder-led skincare brand that has quietly built a reputation for intelligent formulations, uncompromising quality and a beautifully considered approach to modern skincare.
With a loyal and highly engaged customer community, a distinctive point of view and ambitious plans for its next chapter, the brand is now looking for a Growth Manager to help shape and accelerate that journey.
Based in London with hybrid working, this is a rare opportunity to join a premium beauty business at an exciting point in its evolution — and have a genuine influence on how it grows.
The Role
You’ll:
- Drive the digital growth strategy, identifying new opportunities to acquire and retain high-value customers
- Lead and optimise paid acquisition, working closely with agency and internal partners
- Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion and retention
- Use customer and performance data to uncover insights and turn them into commercial action
- Build a strong test-and-learn roadmap across creative, audiences, landing pages, messaging and propositions
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end ecommerce customer journey
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce and CRM to ensure growth activity feels unmistakably premium
- Balance short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in growth, performance marketing, ecommerce or digital acquisition
- Ideally comes from luxury beauty, skincare, wellness or a premium consumer brand
- Is highly analytical and commercially sharp, with a strong understanding of performance metrics
- Has an instinct for beautiful creative, compelling storytelling and premium customer experiences
- Is naturally curious and loves testing, learning and finding new opportunities
- Can move confidently between the detail of performance data and the bigger commercial picture
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, ambitious and fast-moving environment
