About the Role

You'll be one of the first people on the ground in the UK. Working directly with the UK GM, you'll own how Everlab reaches its first UK members, taking a proven growth playbook from Australia and making it work in a new market. This is a rare opportunity to shape a market from day one, not optimise someone else's machine.

You'll run our early D2C channels yourself: search, social, lifecycle, and referral. You'll define the UK customer, sharpen the message, and direct the creative - drawing on Everlab's central growth squads and external resource for the creative build. This is a breadth role, not a specialist one. We're looking for someone who can allocate a quarterly channel budget and launch a referral campaign in the same week.

We move quickly, operate with high ownership, and expect every person to think in outcomes, not activities. We're an AI-first team: every person in Growth is expected to use AI tools to work faster, experiment more, and produce higher quality output.

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Market adaptation: Take Everlab's Australian growth playbook and adapt it for the UK's customer, messaging, and regulatory environment. Work with the AU squads across performance, lifecycle, organic, and creative to get to best practice fast.
  • Channel ownership: Launch and run search, social, lifecycle, and referral for the UK end to end. Own everything from strategic channel decisions to campaign execution. Test fast and scale what the evidence supports.
  • ICP and messaging: Define the UK ideal customer, test positioning and commercial messaging, and build the narrative that makes preventative health land here.
  • Creative direction: Brief and direct creative from central and external teams. You set the standard and judge the output (you don't need to make it yourself).
  • Performance reporting: Own reporting of spend, CAC by channel, and funnel performance, with AI-assisted reporting where it saves time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 5-8 years in B2C growth marketing, with at least one role at a startup or scaleup. You're still hands-on today, running channels yourself, but you're at the point in your career where you're ready to build and lead a team as the UK grows.
  • Breadth of experience: You've operated across channels, not owned one channel inside a large team. You can show results across paid acquisition and at least one of lifecycle or referral.
  • Ownership: You self-direct. You set the priorities, make the calls, do the work, and answer for the result without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Customer definition: You've led ICP analysis, positioning, and messaging. You've shaped strategy, not just executed someone else's plan.
  • Analytics confidence: Comfortable owning attribution, CAC, and funnel metrics, and turning them into a prioritised action list.
  • (Nice to have) Health, wellness, or regulated category experience: You know what messaging works in the UK, and where claims are scrutinised.
  • (Nice to have) Launch experience: You've taken a product into a new market or launched a brand from zero awareness.
  • (Nice to have) Ready to grow into a lead: This is a hands-on role now, but as the UK team grows there's scope for the right person to build and lead it.
